We take medical inboxes very seriously
Patient data never stored
We will never store or use patient data for any AI training. We use open-source models, which is comparable to using an immutable BluRay disc instead of a streaming service.
Privacy & security first
We treat all patient data seriously and comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. All AI inferences happen in Aotearoa.
Your clinical control
Every automated rule can be reviewed and approved by the clinician before executing. You maintain full clinical control.
No AI diagnosis
AI will not be used for diagnosis and it won't make any clinical decisions. It will only read and interact with your inbox following rules approved by you.
Customisable rules
You will be able to have your own rules for your inbox, whether they be for specific patients or lab results thresholds.
Sustainable tech
Our AI server is based in Aotearoa and does not use or need water for cooling. We also prioritize renewable power sources.
